Worldwide shipping is billed at exact USPS international rates to your address.

Shipping and Delivery

International Shipping

Kincaid Galleries ships to most countries worldwide free of charge.  If you attempt to place an order and do not see your country listed please contact us for shipping rates.  This is due to major carriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS not delivering to your area and we’ll need to find alternative methods (ocean freight, etc).

Russian and Brazil Customers:  Due to customs regulations, Kincaid Galleries must be sent to a business address and imported through a business only.  This will be completed at an additional cost through a broker.

We reserve the right to decline shipping to any destinations for such reasons as wartime, regulations, embargoes, sanctions, or other restrictions.

Duties and taxes

International collectors are responsible for all international fees, duties, customs, taxes and charges imposed following the purchase of the artwork. You will need to act quickly as customs doesn’t allow much time to process shipments. After a few weeks the prints will be returned, destroyed or seized by the destination government.  If the prints are returned to Kincaid Galleries those shipping and handling fees will be billed to you.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment you will receive an email/text notification containing the tracking information of the package.  

Shipping Insurance

Kincaid Galleries ships with full coverage insurance. We will replace or repair any damages that occur during transit from our production facility to the destination address listed on your order.

Damage during shipping

Despite our best efforts we cannot control what happens in transit. If your products arrive damaged or broken please contact us within 10 days.  We will initiate a replacement order immediately but will require the following for insurance:

• Photographic proof of the damage.  If possible please photograph the shipping packaging as well.
• If you don’t have the original packaging a short description describing the appearance of the box and any damages you may have noticed.
